HOW TO ORDER

Order in 5 easy steps...

 

 

1. Email us your design, high res picture or photograph at topzyturvytoppers.cakes@gmail and please include the following information:

    a.  What icing sheet size and quantity you require.

    b.  If you need a message on your icing sheet, such as "Happy Birthday", "Congratulations" etc (included in the price of the icing sheet)

    c.  Advise us of any design requests

    d.  When you need your icing sheet for (larger orders may require extra time to print and postal orders also need extra time)

    e.  Please provide your name and contact number.

 

2. Monitor your email for our response - we will contact you if clarification is needed and will send through a design proof for your approval.

 

3. Confirm your approval of the design proof by return email.  (If any changes to the design are required, please advise us and we will resend the design.)

 

4. Once you have approved the design, we will arrange collection date or postage arrangements.

 

5. If you will be collecting your icing sheet personally, we will have your icing sheet ready and waiting for you.
